(UCI) provides nonmedical management and administrative services to over 50 Doctors Care urgent care centers and 20 Progressive Physical Therapy facilities located throughout South Carolina and Tennessee. UCI is headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. Doctors Care has operated for over 30 years, treating patients for treatment of outpatient acute, episodic and some minor chronic medical problems. The centers are open evenings and weekends. Centers are staffed by licensed physicians; physician assistants; nurse practitioners; licensed nurses, certified medical assistants, laboratory technicians, registered radiographic technologists; and administrative support staff. Progressive Physical Therapy (PPT) was founded over 20 years ago. These centers are staffed with certified, highly skilled therapists with years of experience and specialized training. We’re currently seeking a Project Administrator to join our UCI IT department in Columbia, South Carolina. The position reports to the Chief Information Officer.

Job Summary
The incumbent is responsible for providing support to Project Managers in the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data and other contract, project or business related task. Ensures compliance with internal procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office to include MS Project and/or Smartsheet project mgmt software.
Computer literacy in Windows environment and Excel knowledge.
Must be a team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to prioritize many tasks, exhibit excellent judgment and work independently.
Strong organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow through are essential.

Bachelor’s degree
