The normal day for me answer phones and take money order or check payments. All the while processing new accounts and entering in bankruptcies. Also process in and out going mail.
what i learned
I learned to type and answer phones at the same time. Time management while handling multiple items at same time.
Managers are all nice people and love working with them.
I love most of the co-workers they are mostly nice. almost all have been with the company for over five to six years.
hardest part of the job
Handling the phones while trying to get consumers help while managers and collectors are on the phone and unable to answer the phone. consumers getting angry because I'm only able to transfer the phone call. company policy do no allow me to leave my desk to get someone to answer the phone call. Nor am i able to tell consumers if collector or managers are away form their desk.
Challenging myself to do more everyday, and at the end of the day seeing if I passed my goal. Talking with consumers while they are at my desk waiting for someone to come and take cash payments.
