Pros: every break is scheduled, no call no shows are allowed.
If you're a cashier, that's all you do. If the higher up management is having a bad day, so will everyone else. Shift leaders are great once that one who refused to give breaks got fired. Coworkers can be catty, but what do you expect from mostly female cashiers.
Schedule isn't consistent, but if you get on the scheduler's good side, you won't get an opening shift right after a closing shift. If you get on the scheduler's bad side, forget about sleep.
Don't drink the water-you or your girl will end up pregnant (it's a joke, but it seems that way)
