U.S. Gas & Electric, Inc. (“USG&E”) is a licensed Energy Service Company (“ESCO”) that provides natural gas to commercial and residential users in the deregulated natural gas markets. We also own and manage natural gas well drilling programs.
Doug Marcille, our Chairman and CEO, says it best:

USG&E is unique because, unlike most ESCOs, we produce natural gas and also market natural gas directly to end users.
Our drilling programs and purchasing strategies guarantee supplies of natural gas which we sell to our customers at very competitive prices. Our proprietary gas reserves and trade credit protect USG&E and our customers against the skyrocketing natural gas prices and shortages that America is experiencing due to today’s increased demand and reduced supply.
USG&E was formed in 1999 to offer end users in the deregulated natural gas markets a choice of supply other than from their local utility. We are not affiliated with any utility or energy wholesaler. Our national roll-out plan is adding new markets to our service areas and will continue to do so as deregulation spreads across America.
We know what our customers expect: competitively priced natural gas; excellent customer service; and the safety and reliability of emergency services that will still be provided by the local utility. And as an independent company, we are able to adjust quickly to an ever-changing industry and continually meet our customers’ expectations.
