Radiologic Technologist (Current Employee), Phoenix, AZ – March 27, 2013
Pros: i live 25 min away
Cons: the pay isn't enough
we see over 75 patients on a slow day. We preform annual physical, DOT and DOC physical, Federal and Non federal drug screens, on the job injuries, referrals, and walk in injuries and drug screens.

I currently am the only x-ray technologist at the clinic so I have to take diagnostic x-rays and medical assistant duties.

Great People
Medical Assistant Extern (Former Employee), Sacramento, CA – January 24, 2013
Pros: fast paced and recognition
Cons: none.
I enjoyed working at US Healthworks because it was fast paced and I was recognized for the hard work that I did. Patients were one of a kind and I enjoyed rooming them and taking their vitals. What I enjoyed the most is that there is no day that is the same, every time there was a new challenge and something to learn about. I enjoyed working with the – more... doctors and physical therapist, they made me feel comfortable to work there. – less

physical therapist (Former Employee), Indiana – November 20, 2012
Cons: no recognition
Managemet is poor, They are young, inexperienced and immature. Only productivity matters. You must love workimg with your patients, because mgmt will not notice. There is also high turnover of mgmt, because the do not relate well to staff, and outcomes are not ideal. Its corporation, so productivity is most important.

Organized, friendly, team oriented environment that focuses on both the patients and employess
Patient Registrar/Medical Assistant (Former Employee), Seattle, WA – September 28, 2012
A typical day at work would consist of huge patient in-flow that made me to adapt in a fast paced environment. I have learned many skills from front office duties such as managing charts, scheduling, greeting patients, checking in and out, and processing paperwork. I have also learned many back office skills as well such as taking vitals, drawing blood, – more... assisting physicians in minor surgical procedures, and injections. Working with my co-workers is the highlight of my day. They make the work environment a comfortable place to be, and they would assist each other with no hesitation. The whole job is the hardest part, but that just made my resolve even stronger of doing my best to keep up with the high quantity of demands of tasks that were presented to me. – less

Medical Assistant (Former Employee), Plantation, FL – July 16, 2012
Pros: keep looking.
Cons: always review a company before applying.
If this is the only company you can get a job for, you need to change your career then. They have poor management from top to bottom, don't care about employees, discriminate, no compliment for your hard work, Supervisor very lazy and unprofessional, they can make your life so miserable and you have no idea. Horrible company to work for. Never let somebody – more... tell you what you 're worth. – less
