To be installer in US Remodelers You not have to be good in refacing in our shop in Renton Washington where is a manager Amanda McDonalds working many guys ho never done reface a cabinets before .Most important for her then you do all what she said even if she don't understand what she doing.I am worked for this company 1 year I have 15 years of experience and bring a happy later to my manager from every job I done. But finally I get kicked out because reject to do a big kitchen for price of service ($500.00)Travel expenses cost $600.00.Now I am understand this company don't need good installers .You have to work for free to get more positive feedback for you manager because every positive feedback bring her a points .More points she have more bonus she get.And no body care about you.
