Dollar Tree Dedicated Out of Cowpens SC., is hard physical work. All trailers are hand unloaded by driver .All piece work box by box. 4,000 plus using roller system. Trailers are pre-loaded for drivers by distribution center. 80% loads are just thrown in trailer with out stacking and fall during transport making off load very difficult at times. Most stores require blind side tight backing. Many hazards to avoid. Cars, dumpsters, buildings, trees, curbs, over hangs, light poles etc. Driver support team is great from Terminal Manager, Load planner to dispatch team. Face to face contact with team daily. Work hours are long if you want to make money. $1,000 plus direct deposit weekly. Home for your 34 + hour most weekends. Very High turn over rate for drivers. Work conditions very difficult at times, 100++ degrees in trailers during summer, to minus freezing temps in winter.
