USA pays great, but you will have to sacrifice some of your mentality and set aside pride in your work for them. As a company that sets high standards for complying with state rules, they shorthand and often abandon their employees because of their poor standards for higher management, lack of guidance and teamwork. This company experiences high turnovers because of this.
