US Installation Group A NATIONAL FLOORING KITCHEN AND BATH INSTALLATION COMPANY FOR HOME DEPOT IS seeking to hire a full time Assistant Project Manager to coordinate installations in our Hauppauge, NY office. In this role, you will process orders that come into our system and coordinate the installations from start to finish. We are seeking a hardworking, talented, motivated individual with experience in the construction industry. The candidate will possess superior oral/written skills and strongly pays attention to details.
Process all incoming service tickets and assign date(s) for installation
Schedule all subcontractors and in-house labor to assigned jobs
Review and process work documents to ensure accuracy
Liaise between labor and customers
Assist Project Manager with necessary paperwork and filings to complete job
Coordinate material delivery to specific job locations
Handle special projects that may arise
4+ years experience in the construction industry (no experience will not be considered)
Superior proficiency of Microsoft Office productivity software
Superior proficiency with using office equipment (scanners, faxes, copiers, etc…)
Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
Bi-lingual is a plus!
