I interviewed as well, 20 years of experience, passed all tests, but no job offer extended. Seems as though they have a history of not hiring minorities.

For corporate jobs pretty standard 8-5 with an hour for lunch. They consider your lunch as part of your work day so that comes out to 45 hours a week. Not required to do much over that.

Thank you for your questions. We are growing at such a quick rate and we often hire multiple people for the same job. This is why we may have many job postings open for an extended period of time. We take pride in our turnover being well below industry average. Just this past year, 60% of our non-entry level roles were filled internally through promotions or lateral moves.

We can assure you that every resume and application is reviewed by a recruiter. Resumes are important in how we decide who we will interview. We look for skills that match the role, but past experience is also weighted strongly to determine if the applicant will align well with our values and thrive in our culture.
