Management ensured employee involvement at every level, every day. From the 9:07AM daily meeting to the monthly business sessions. The work was challenging, particularly the need to wear many hats and building the Quality System from the ground up. All employees were capable in multiple areas and enjoyable to work with.
Management insisted on addressing customer concerns face to face, which pulled key employees out of the office, but everyone stepped up to complete important projects.
