I went to their Pasadena,CA office and interviewed, took the tests(did well) and then had to record a video of yourself(really stupid)discussing your career goals...LOL.
I was already working with another agency and between assignments.
They did finally call me but I had work through another agency. The woman was very frantic and it was for a $10 an hour call center job and she wanted me to start the next day, and I had to go for a drug test the day she called.
I told her no thanks, as I was on assignment. I also thought it was a bit much to have to take a drug test for a $10 an hour temp job that was going to last 4 weeks.
I really felt like someone else flaked on her and she expected to drop what I was doing for her. Sorry, not my problem.
Very unprofessional.

Every business has it's own style. What is the office environment and culture like at Ultimate Staffing Services?
Are people dressed in business casual, jeans and t-shirts, or full-on suits? Do folks get together for Friday happy hours and friendly get-togethers?

I never signed up for this agency. The recruiter who works here just noticed my resume on Careerbuilder. Anyway, she was rude. She thought I wasn't interested in working permanently. My previous position was a long term temp. Just because most of my experience is through a staffing agency, I don't know anyone who would just hire me and give me a "chance". I scored big on the tests and did well, but I never heard from her again. Ultimate staffing is only interested in helping people who worked at a regular position that they lost. Racists.

Anyone work there? get laid off in 1 day. Works in a warehouse. They tell you your doing an awesome job. Then lets you go! talk about rude???
If you have production on data entry tell you so, you will know!
They are a big joke!
