Looking for a part-time (20-30 hours) or per diem nurse to assume the role of Director of Nursing for new home health care program. Responsibilities include intake and nursing assessment of new clients, communicating policies and procedures to CHHA's, co-ordinate and review the effectiveness of patient care, interact with aides, patients, their families and other health care providers, review patients records for proper documentation and completeness.
Must have at least 2 years experience in the home health care environment and be able to work independently. Must have a valid NJ driver's license and be willing to travel within the service area. Knowledge of JCHAO and CHAP accreditation a plus.
