Typical day was handeling customer service questions, selling phones, helping customers with bills.

Management was very good and always there to listen and help improve

hardest part of job was dealing with negative customers

most enjoyable part of the job was working with all the newest technology

No room to advance. No flexablity in scheduleing. Rude and errogant ( owner) management who does not care for the employees. Only saw management maybe once a month. No positive re-inforcement. No training. It is a dead end job where people are constantly rude to you including those above you. Owner/manager of business is very very untrustworthy. Steer clear of Ultracom and its owner. There is a reason there is so much turn-over in the store employees.

A typical day at work consisted of activating new cellular accounts for U.S. Cellular. Also, would renew and add additional lines to the accounts. The most enjoyable part of the job was talking with so many people and solving there problems throughout the day.

generally all the customers were very understanding and learned very well
Cons
i worked 6 days a week, i was the only person that worked at my store.
