To anybody considering working for this company well let me tell you my experience. For starters they are always hiring so that right there says a lot (Red Flag). When your are hired they expect you to pay for your own flight to and from Toronto for training...hm, any good company would never ask/expect a new employee to pay for their own flight....hey, their head office is in Toronto therefore this is their problem and should make the employee pay for this. If they won't pay for flight then they should be coming out here to train. Once I was trained I was told how their was plenty of appointments for me and how I could have 3-4 per day if I wanted to and that they would keep them in same area. Well not so....First couple of days sure I got a few but scattered all over and costing me over 30.00 in gas per day. Then I was sent one day from South Surrey to Chilliwack for one appointment, the next the same, and the next the same also...you would think I would be scheduled one day with these 3 appointements. Ah of course not as they don't care, it's not their time and gas. By the way these appointements are not screened properly as we (the new employees) we're told they would be. A lot of door slamming with comment "I was just entering the free draw"! Heres the best...I did sale one of their beds on my second or third day and they never paid me!!!!! Ah so much for appreciation of all the driving at my expense and selling/closing and not getting paid. These beds are anywhere for 5-6,000 to 14,000 so trust me the company can afford to pay the commission. So BEWARE as this company will feed you many empty promises and at the end they won't pay you....hence why they can't keep anybody and advertise over and over again.
