The position was meant for a self motivated reliable person. The trust from my superiors was very high. My superiors expected a lot from me. My superiors also were available for help if ever needed. This position was great for a non traditional college student like myself. If offered a lot of responsibility, schedule flexibility, and the ability to design and create controls and reports.
