Executive Assistant (Former Employee) – New York, NY – May 11, 2015
Most of the company's staff were very polite and friendly. The company is known for it's rigorous work ethic. A lot of hours are put in to get a finished product. It requires a lot of thinking on your feet and having tough skin. A few of the bad weeds have been removed since I've left. However, it was definitely a learning experience! There were small incentives given through out my time there and it was much appreciated. However, I felt like they could have gave me a bigger starting salary for the workload that I had.
ITSD (Former Employee) – Wilmington – September 17, 2013
Continual cutbacks of funding have made fewer people do the workload of unfilled and vacant positions. That added to degradation of benefits and limited upward mobility make this a lot less attractive than it once was. Be sure this is what you expect before joining this place.
