The Municipal Technical Assistant sets up and supports the UniPay product and any associated applications in support of the product for municipal customers, ensuring efficiency and functionality. Supports municipal UniPay product and any associated applications, including setting up new customers, ensuring ACH files are properly transported, setting up municipal customers on the user’s system, resolving operational issues, obtaining necessary origination documentation, monitoring customer activity to ensure proper usage, and ensuring account maintenance.
Must have strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and the Internet. Previous experience in the financial industry as well as customer service experience preferred.
