Cons: no room for advancement whatsoever, very little concern for employee growth, and no development
Not a bad company to work for if you have no plans of advancing or moving into management, otherwise look elsewhere. Job is fairly rewarding and straightforward, and management leaves you alone to perform your job. Pretty good bunch of co-workers on the floor, but management is interested only in maintaining the contract and not in helping their workforce
