Long Hours, Pay is ok
Route Sales Rep (Former Employee), West Caldwell, NJ –
I worked long hours and it is very physically demanding. Management is a little disorganized. Co-workers weren't bad but there wasn't much time to socialize. The job is very physically demanding which is the most difficult part of the job. Returning back to the warehouse is the best part of the job.

Shortages and hours are killer
DISTRICT SERVICE MANAGER (Former Employee), Orlando –
Pros: advancement potential
Cons: hours and shortages from the plant
Management tried their best but were unable to get products from our plant in order to satisfy customer needs. Constant battles with the plant over not receiving product made this job trying along with 65-75 hour work weeks. There was no work/ life balance at all, was the biggest downfall with the job. Pay was acceptable but not for the hours that were – more...  demanded of you, if it were a 50 an hour week job it would have been on par but the long hours made for a poor hourly rate. Job duties changed on a daily basis depending upon who called out that day or how short product from the day before we were. – less

Good Company
Sr. Sales Consultant (Former Employee), Croydon, PA –
In depth ongoing training. Almost too much training which takes away from your selling time. The company culture is good however, the compensation structure needs improvement.
