Give raises and recognize hard working employee's and show appreciation with out them company's would not be where they are right now I think it's give and take Treat your employees right and they will appreciate what the company does for them as well so please take care of your employees especially those that been there the longest.all your employees deserve that and more.

Stop putting 20 stops on your RSR's and stop not telling them that they have new stops coming as well. what made me really mad esp with new stops is that the new acct wasnt even set up correctly.

Stop overloading your rsrs if you want people to stay pay them for how much they work and don't over work them for the same pay

Uni first in buffalo ny sucks the magt. Team are all 2 faced lie let people bully other people and when corp comes in they put on a big b.s. act the people with 15 years or more if serv. Band together make up lies and bully people and nothing is ever done about it.

Quit telling ppl what they want to hear, to get them in the door. Stop with the comission control, as in bogus charges that the customer will not pay because it is bogus and ridicolus charges that have to be deducted off the invoice which hurts your bottom line and keeps u from getting all your comission. Follow through on what was agreed on when hired.

Hands on training and the time to complete the required classes.
Have branches visited regularly by corporate to ensure they are conducting business and treating emoloyees the UniFirst way.

Tell them about the nasty pickups you have it's just not uniforms pickups it's mats mops nasty rags from restaurants
