Not all department are on the same page. Nobody respects deadlines. Some don't rely to emails. Ive learned how to coordinate a program from start to finish and act when there is an issue. I also learned how to be a leader and I've become a vital teammate to my department. Management is not what I would like to work under. Hardest part of the job is not all departments or executives do not respect deadlines, they don't and we end up staying late or rushed to finish. Enjoyable are the few employees of the company I work with.
