Packer (Current Employee) – Montoursville, PA – August 10, 2017
You get pain in your back all the time from packing but if you like long hours its the job for you. Everyone fights with everyone so i suggest you keep to yourself instead of makin friends there. People are against you there and will try to get you fired.
great on extra hours
too hot and not enough breakes for ppl who get sick from the heat
Lane Verifier (Former Employee) – Blairs, VA – May 21, 2017
Go into work, start my process and begin with the day. I was in charge of verifying each box before it was placed on pallet. There were days when it felt like the work wouldn't stop coming, then there were days when we barely had work at all. It was definitely a job to get used too.

Cherry picker operator, Turret truck operator (Former Employee) – Danville, VA – January 30, 2017
This job was seasonal. I didn't have the opportunity to advance and learn new skills. I enjoyed working there yet the limitations and employees seem to not put forth their best effort getting the jobs accomplished.
Order Picker (Former Employee) – Blairs, VA – January 10, 2017
This was just a job for me to get by. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to stay. Chances for me to advance depend on openings within the company, which weren't prominent. Working in the warehouse wasn't difficult, but tedious. Co-workers are so-so. Some of them may show off as if they're your superior when they're not. As long as you do your job and arrive on time, then you won't have a problem with anyone. The average day was mainly fulfilling orders for 8-10 hours. Supervisors were/are very "specific" toward reaching a quota per day. Given that I had a part-time position, I wasn't offered benefits. If you have to work here, arrive promptly, perform your work, try to communicate with your superior, and keep your cool.
Getting paid, being employed
Limited breaks, no benefits for part-timers, odd standards dictated by management
Shipping Coordinator (Former Employee) – Blairs, VA – December 13, 2016
Unique is a company based off of production, it is very important that a number of cases and product get out at a certain time. The reason is because it cost a lot of money to ship off late product. But it is a fun work environment just have to work hard and keep busy.
Overtime, 40 hours a week
Weather, Very hot in the summer and Very cold in the winter
Help desk Technician (Current Employee) – Blairs, VA – June 2, 2016
Unique is a good company to work for. The over all management culture is good, A typical day consist of answering emailed service call pertaining to computers, printers, label makers, and network issues. My co-workers are great. There is no hardest part of the job because difficult situations are just opportunities to learn something new. The most enjoyable part of the job is the satisfaction of a job well done.
It is a Family Owned and operated company that cares about its employees.
