Non productive environment
Sales consultant (Current Employee), Salt Lake CityAugust 3, 2015
Pros: free doughnuts on Monday mornings
Cons: Horrible management and non professional
If you want to work for a company that really has no direction, this company is for you. If you have skills this company will eat your soul away. If you want to work at an office where you can do drugs and do whatever you want this is a great environment.

Good people. No Idea what they are doing in the software world.
Development (Current Employee), Salt Lake City, UTApril 21, 2015
Pros: Nice quiet office, good people, stable.
Cons: Small company wanting to be a big one no clue how to get there, No structure or direction, under experienced management
Company has the mentality of the shipping industry...namely they are slow to move on industry standards and because the software portion is fast moving, both mindsets clash. They want to grow, but don't know how and the people making the decisions are under qualified or let their pride in themselves get in the way of good change.

Business Development Manager (Current Employee), Valley Stream, NYFebruary 18, 2015
Pros: networking opportunity
Cons: compensation, management, industry
A typical day at the job involves client meetings and prospecting new customers. The goal is to grow the book of business by cross selling opportunities as well as finding new business every day. I have – more... mentored three sales consultants helping them improve their sales tactics as well as assisting with sales presentation. I have learned sales and strategy skills. Hardest part is the managing multiple clients. Most enjoyable part is creating solutions for problems within a customers operations. – less
