Rarely. This was tied to employee reviews but on my account the account managers where only allowed to rate one person a 4 out of 5, no one could be rated as a 5 out of 5. This was a big issue as only those getting a 4 or 5 could get a raise. This impacted a team of 20 people.

Yearly. Unisys treats their employees well in this aspect if you are a productive employee. Both a mid-term and end of year evaluation is used to determine the pay raise percent. If you fall below the scale you still receive a small raise and are enrolled in a employee improvement plan to improve yourself as a better employee.
