Inside Sales Opportunities-Auto Finance Industry-Base & Uncapped Commission

We are currently looking to grow our sales team with sharp and motivated inside sales individuals.
This position plays a vital role in the Sales and Marketing of UACC products and services to automobile dealerships within an assigned territory through successful sales calls over the phone. As a Senior Internal Area Manager you will be responsible for building the relationship with dealerships and acting as the first line of contact for them as it relates to issues in underwriting and funding within your territory. You will be expected to make cold calls and take inbound calls from dealerships to build relationships and capture the business; this will include analyzing the territory potential and coming up with the game plan to achieve the target monthly goal and making adjustments to the game plan as the month progresses to achieve the desired goal. The Internal Area Manager is responsible for selling new business, increasing the penetration of the existing customer base, maintaining high quality customer satisfaction and retention as well as increasing market share in assigned territories over the phone; this is an inside sales position.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Prospecting, cold calling and building partnerships with independent automobile dealerships.
Creating deals with dealerships over the phone UAC’s common sense lending approach which includes structuring and restructuring non-prime deals as needed.
Act as a consultant/partner to F&I Managers in the sale of products to ensure maximum profitability for dealership through the utilization of UACC products.
Produce Daily Activity Reports for management.
Prepare and close UACC Dealer Agreements for all new dealers.
Dealer Relations and follow up on applications and deals submitted.
Provide the highest level of customer service possible to the dealership body.
Work closely with the Funding and Credit teams throughout the loan process.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in the Auto Finance Industry is preferred but not required. We are open to salesand credit professionals from the Mortgage, Insurance, Car Dealership and Financial Services Industry and any other sales professionals who are very driven and self-motivated.
Ability to successfully sell and build relationships over the phone.
Strong desire to achieve and succeed in a highly competitive industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to be on the phone for long periods of time
Engaging and goal oriented personality
Must be results – driven and persistent
Successful at closing deals
Ability to overcome objections and effectively deal with customer rejection
