Management is uncaring and the work is not productive. The days are long and there is not much to learn from. There is little room for advancement. It's not career driven.

It was a fast place fun job
Collection Agent (Former Employee), toledo, ohioNovember 14, 2013
Pros: hours
Cons: insurance
Every day as anew challenge dealing with the customers, I learned people can be very rude when they owe money. Management was not very friendly and kind of threatened firing people quit often. I made a lot of friends there the co workers were fun. Hardest part was when you thought you were about to collect some money and the person would hang up on – more... you. Your bonus depends on how much debt you collect. It was fun trying to help people resolve their problems with bills. – less
