Community based, fun work environment
ICU RN, Nursing Supervisor (Current Employee), Sedro Woolley, Wa.April 18, 2014
Close knit, compassionate team of caregivers with great attitudes and desire to serve our community. Safe environment and smaller workplace, allowing for a more personal approach. Downfall was lack of opportunity for advancement.

Slow Growing Hospital
LVN Staff Nurse (Current Employee), Dallas, TXJune 1, 2013
Cons: no coffee you have to bring your own and lunch break skip that
Get report, Chart check before going into Patients room to make sure medication and orders are what off going nurse told you. Mars are hand written there have to make sure they were written right and right medication for right patient. Then go and see patient, then go to Medication room and get medications , I only get one patient at a time, then give – more... medications and see to patients needs. When you get done with your eight or nine patients then you do chart check and see that all lab is in chart and lab requisitons are filled out , then you write out the mar for next day. Co workers are ok some like charge nurse is great and helps when she can. Things I don't like too far to travel and get sent home early . – less

Nice rural setting; people very pleasant to work with
Transcription Coordinator (Former Employee), Sedro-Woolley, WASeptember 4, 2012
Pros: i liked to come to work every day.
Cons: hard to get vacation scheduled due to work responsibilities.
Small hospital in rural setting. Doctors and staff pleasant to work with. Over last two years there have been lots of budget cuts and elimination of positions due to present political medical economy.
