  • Assist in the development of initiatives to support the organized system of care and clinical integration programs
  • Development of specialty playbooks
  • Assist in the development of physician reports
  • Analyze cost/quality/utilization data for various initiatives
  • Track progress of assigned initiatives
  • Determine outreach strategies for physician practices
  • Counsel physicians/office staff on improvement
  • Assist Medical Directors on various initiatives
  • Document implementation plans for each initiative
  • Acquire a complete and thorough understanding of the various health plan initiatives
  • Participate on various committees
  • Development of clinical presentations for various audiences
  • Work on special projects assigned by the Medical Director
  • Registered Nurse, Certified Diabetic Educator, Registered Dietitian, or other appropriate clinician
  • Minimum 3 years health plan experience
  • Proven experience interacting with physician practices
  • Administrative background
  • Ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
