My typical day consisted of answering phone calls/emails about various issues. I used the Spiceworks ticketing portal for resolving issues for the users. Also utilized Windows Remote Assistance when helping the sales representatives with various issues whether it was software or hardware related.
I loved learning how to use Spiceworks and the Remote Assistance to help the users.
I enjoyed working with my boss and she was very helpful if I needed anything.
Everyone was very enjoyable at USDP! I wish I could go back!
I really enjoyed the satisfaction of coming to a resolution and making the user happy.
