I'll say pretty much if you are invited to take the test and get a good score and get an email to the actual in person interview, you pretty much have the job.

I had my interview today. It was about 100 of us. I live in NYC. You walk in, they verify your identity by asking for your Drivers License and they give u a visitor sticker to place on your shirt with a number on it(in the order as you come). I was number 38 because I was the 38th person to arrive. We had to be there by 9am. If you come later than your appointed time, you're not allow to proceed. After that a rep would come out and briefly talk to y'all. They are serious about dressing business attire. If you come in wearing sneakers and jeans...you would have to leave...no ifs and buts...and surprisingly, there were some people dressed like that. You got through medal detective, go up the escalator then wait on line again to get into the classroom. You come in, sign your name and they give you your online application with exam score. You sit down in the numeric order and verify that everything on your application is accurate. Once everyone is seated, a postmaster will discuss about the do's and don'ts of the position, what to expect etc. You are given a yellow folder with a form to fill out, then they start calling you individually by the numeric order to be interview. They were 6 interviewers today. I got lucky with my interviewer. He was very nice and informative. He didn't asked me many questions only if I got fired from a job before and if I can bare bad weather. It was more like a sales pitch, telling me things about the job and how beneficial it is...etc. After that, he told me that I'm qualified for the job and to expect an email in two weeks to get fingerprinted and drug test. The whole interview process is long...I got there by 8:40am and left approximately at 1:45pm.
