Be Productive
Senior Financial Analyst (Current Employee) –  Eden Prairie, MNJune 24, 2016
Great work/life balance. Healthcare is always changing, so having a creative mindset and bringing new ideas to your managers/peers seems to be encouraged. If you are a 'self-starter / go-getter' you will succeed. Promotions typically come later than expected, but it is usually rectified at some point down the line - if you expect to stay within the company for your career, it seems as though they'll make it right.
Pros
Employee Stock Plan, Vacation Days, Work/Life Balance
Cons
Ironically, the Health Insurance, Later than expected Promotions

Good fellow employees but bad management, Broken equipment a lot a director who never spoke to any hourly employees. Complaints are never looked at or acted upon by management. I learned to have a lot of patience with the hard to please residents and the lonely ones. Wanted to take most of them home with me

Provider Service Representative
Provider Services Representative (Current Employee) –  Southfield, MIJune 20, 2016
This is overall a great place to work. The only downside is the medical insurance (high deductible and doesn't cover much) and management (unprofessional at times). Other than that it has great pay and great job security.

Sr Project Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Irvine, CAJune 16, 2016
It was great to have a real impact on lives of people in an environment where my co-workers enjoyed helping others as much as I did. The core beliefs of the organization are also in line with leadership, and that helps motivate the employees.

Health Advisor (Former Employee) –  Frederick, MDJune 16, 2016
the training is just a big set up for failure. management is unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all. They tell u incorrect information and penalize you for following their directions. Only high deductible insurance/pharmacy plans or offered to employees. They don't pay a liveable wage. Everything about this job is a 'No'. Its just not worth the trouble.
Pros
free coffe/tea/ice/water
Cons
pay, healthcare, u have to purchase cups for the free coffe/tea/ice/water or bring ur own.
