The overall company is an excellent choice of employment. The goals/standards of emoyee operations are easily obtainable.

A typical day includes verification and the processing of approximately 75+ provider relation claims, prior authorizations and elegibilty inquaries.

United health care has the potential to be a great company but is off target when it comes to its employees, the employees are what keeps the company running and should be treated with respect. the company talks about compassion but has none for its workers. the company does not care about employees having a life outside of work and require ridiculous amounts of overtime to a job that is already stressful.

This call center was wonderful to work for. They cared about their employees and helped you out if you needed it. The work environment is a little fast pasted but it wasn't hard to do. They worked with your schedule and there was always opportunity to advance.

Good place to work. Diversified environment. Managers are available to train and coach employees. Regular audits are done to make sure employees comply with job aids. Weekly team meetings to discuss cases related to Medicaid and Medicare members. Peer collaborations.
