The basic function of the Customer Service Agent is that of receiving and documenting information related to order starts, stops, changes, complaints, and for providing that information to the appropriate department.
For providing involved departments with necessary information related to customer service inquiries.
For working in harmony with other departments to expedite the processing of documents and information regarding orders and inquiries.
For coordinating with appropriate personnel to expedite Special Runs.
For maintaining adequate and appropriate communication with those in a direct reporting relationship and with all employees in general.
For prioritizing work as assigned and for adequate and appropriate communication with all employees in general, and specifically with those in a direct reporting relationship.
