Pros: leaving early
Cons: an hour break, paid lunch, vacation.
Working with the company Unity Health Care was very chalenging at times and also stressfull, but since its an everyday rutine you start getting used to it after a few days. Being able to help people is what i love doing the most, meeteing people from almost all over the world and different cultures has tought me that being pacient is key. My co-workers
– more... were great to work with most of the time, we worked as a team when we needed eachother and even when we didnt, although things would get a little out of hand but at the end of the day we made it all work. The hardest part of the job was when all doctors worked all in the same day and the phones ringing at the same time and patients just walking up to you trying to get your attention while we were with other patients but it was our jobs as front line to try and handle it as best as we could. But if you're like me that loves to help people no matter their attitudes you'll try your hardest, becuase being rude back to the patient wont get you anywhere, especially if you dont know the reason why the person is in a bad mood. You need to know their story before you can judge. The most enjoyable part of the job was closing early for unity wide meetings. After a hard day it was nice getting some rest from everyone :). The management team worked very hard and tried their best when it came to helping us patient registration clerks out. Working with Unity Health Care was a great expeirence that I'll never forget. – less
