I wouldn’t, I would quit and move on with my life like the wise HR director did in one of the.m branches because he realized he couldn’t possibly fix all the problems Univar has. I would have group activities and build up the morale in the office. Arrange for sporting events, parties outside of the office like spring bbqs to attend with their families. You’re lucky if your manager even cares to acknowledge if it was your birthday. I would also make sure there is equality. Fire some middle management and knock if their crowns. Make them walk the walk and not just talk the talk. I would increase commercial greatness, because there is none.

If I were president of the company, I would know what each plant in the region does. We have too much overhead and are not competitive in pricing. I would consolidate and redistrict territory to effectively serve customers. I would have management that has knowledge of the distribution process and of what plant personal and drivers do. I would definitely get rid of the excess gunk that is clogging up the machine.
I would be more customer and employee friendly

Change this whole system. Visit each branch and speak to people individually and on a personal level.
