Dead end job. All they care about is you working overtime, they are always short staff and never hire anyone. They outsource to India and so unless you can do the job of two to three people you wont be an asset to them. Management is cliqued up and new people are not welcome. There are no incentive programs and you annual .25 raise is going to be prorated so that you wont have the full thing until next years raise. No opportunity for advancement since they are always short staffed so you cant move out and transfer. Yes they pay very well because they know they have a whole lot for you to put up with and so this is the only way they remain a competitive employer.
