Personable and motivated assistant manager/sales specialist at various locations needed to work for local management company. On site duties will include selling apartment community to new customers in person and on telephone, processing resident work orders and rental payments, entering customer data into computer, perform light housekeeping in models/offices and do neighborhood canvassing for marketing purposes. Candidates must be extremely comfortable with Microsoft applications, selling a product on the phone and in person and helping to care for residents needs as pertaining to the functioning and comfort of their apartment home. Person will work in small office with property manager and maintenance staff at each community. Individual must have neat and professional appearance. Saturday’s may be required on a rotating basis.
