Cons: lack of communication, turnover.
The office had a friendly atmosphere but remained busy. I learned customer service skills, staffing, multi-tasking, & working within a team. My co-workers for the most part were helpful & were friendly. The hardest part of the job was finding qualified applicants for our locations & dealing with excessive turnover rates.
