Answered - Diesel Instructor (Current Employee) - Exton, PA

Report answer

Terrible. You will work either early morning (6-2:30) or afternoon (12-8:30) shift and you will switch back and forth between the 2 every 3 to 6 weeks depending on if management likes you or not and what management needs. You won't know your schedule until a week before (maybe less) and you will be put on mandatory double shifts because they don't have enough people to cover.

Constantly switching between morning shift (6:00AM to 2:30PM) to evening shift (12:00PM to 8:30PM) with at best 2 weeks notice of your next 3-week schedule. Depending on what you teach, you may be asked to double-shift (6:00AM to 8:30PM) for 3 weeks at a time, or may be asked to stay for double shifts once or multiple days per week.
