They use the lominger interview process, but they have no idea why, they just use it as an excuse to hire their buddies.

They ask you a bunch of worthless STAR questions, otherwise known as the Lominger interview process, like most big companies, but UTI doesn't know how to interpret the data, they just jumped on the bandwagon and don't know why.
