In the Command and Control Center you will answer 300+ phone calls. You will be in ahigh stress high volume environment. I can not say anything bad about the agency itself as the benefits area great and pay is good (minus the fact that the shift differential is after 6 months) The SOP's are black and white and always have a supervisor close to let you know how to react.
