high turnover of employees
Maintenance (Former Employee) – Orlando, FL – August 12, 2016
This would be a great place to work if the management learned how to work with the employees, as opposed to using bullying and intimidation tactics. Due to managements micro managing and condescending attitude toward the employees, they have gone through a number of Directors of Nursing, Directors of Admissions, HR personnel, and Directors of Plant Operations, not to mention the many, many nurses, direct care givers, housekeepers and others that truly care about the patients. One would think that the corporate office would want to know why this facility has such a high rate of turn over. It is obvious they don't care about the "core" members of their staff or even why a good employee is leaving.
