Pros: decent pay, fair scheduling, patients
Cons: detached admin/management, sometimes unsafe due to call-outs and resource constraints
Because staff is highly supportive of one another (for the most part), the patients are enjoyable to work with and for, and you feel like you really make a difference in this job, it can be (and often is!) great to work here.
However, because of a detached administration that gets involved only at times of crisis and seeks to punish rather than praise, I'd probably not recommend working here.
