productive, stressful, time demanding, great co-workers
Medical Assistant (Current Employee) – Cleveland, OH – November 17, 2015
A typical day at work is communicating effectively with surgeon, health insurance, BWC, disability management companies, and taking on line learning course when mandated. I have gained time management skills, leadership skills, and communication skills due to my current position is extremely independent work. Management is off site and I have to be the communicator between the surgeon and office manager. I have taken on the role to do resolve issues and network at the request of the surgeon to ensure completion. This is the most rewarding part of my job because it builds confidence that I am effective and capable to reach the end goal set forth. In turn this ensures satisfaction of our patients because the office is efficient and reliable. My most enjoyable part of the job is when my surgeon thanks myself and my co-workers and we get suprised with Dunkin Donuts and coffee!
