Job Description:
The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for effectively recording data to keep financial records complete while assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations for the community. They will process resident rental payments, assist in advertisement planning, monitor leases, prepare monthly reports, and provide support to the Property Manager.
Qualifications:
Position prefers experience in leasing or residential property management. Must have basic computer knowledge in Excel. 4 year college degree preferred. Must have exceptional customer service skills.
