University of Florida, International Center is student focused
Study Abroad Advisor (Former Employee) – Gainesville, FL – February 9, 2017
The Center was/is very focused on broadening the students focus by integrating international learning into the students core academics. THe staff work with students to cater and define programs that work around the student's strength.
University of Florida has professors that are very dedicated to their research which makes the lab experiences much more interesting. I was able to work with multiple professors and learn a variety of techniques.
My job as a teaching assistant was very simple, and I had clear instructions from the professor in how to complete the tasks that were given to me. The hard part about the job is the interaction between student and I regarding their grades.
