Student Job
Community Desk Coordinator (Former Employee), Honolulu, HI – April 2, 2013
Pros: extra spending money, work experience
Cons: less time to focus on studies
Overall I was very grateful for the opportunity to work for the school while perusing my Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Allowing students the opportunity to work for the school, while studying for their degree is something that I admire and support

misled
IT (Former Employee), hawaii – October 22, 2012
Cons: everything
left another company for a job with UH. "we consider team effort very important" the hiring director remarked at the job interview.

There can be teamwrok only if the other team member has skills and knowledge. Other members of the team seems lost and clueless. You are on your own.

Great Learning Experience
Satellite Operator - PEACESAT (Former Employee), Honolulou, HI – August 31, 2012
I value my work experience over my degree. My boss was very hard to work under, but he made me a better person, because of it. I learned to do things the right way, rather than the easy way.

education
Education (Former Employee), Honolulu, HI – July 17, 2012
A typical day at school, get up, get ready, put my mind, heart, body, and soul into gear. Studying hard and paying attention in class at all times. I learned a lot in school from life situations to basic math skills. I had a hard time concentrating in the classroom environment being that it was just to crowded. The enjoyable time for me will have to – more... be when I could lay on my bed in the comfort of my own room and study and teach myself how to accomplish all assignments. I really enjoyed my 8 months at University of Hawaii at Manoa and look forward to completing my bachelors in health administration, and or business management. – less
