They wanted 12 surgery charts per hour which is impossible. Everyone was miserable. There was a girl from Russia who was mean and yelled and always talked so loud that it was impossible to focus. There was no positive reinforcement, just total negativity.
The training and no one is happy and the management team is not good they play to many favorites.
Not being trained probably ever.
It is a major trauma hospital for this region. Also, lack of coding knowledge among management.
