Depending on the position you're applying for, and/or time of year you apply, it can take 2-3 months. This is fun the time the job closes to the in-person interview.

Faculty searches take longer than staff, FYI. The applications get vetted through Library HR and are then given to the hiring supervisor and the search committee. Committees consist of 5 people.

Phone interviews are first, then in-person (or Skype). For faculty positions, the library with fly you out and put you in a hotel, but not for staff positions.
