Cons: sometimes not enough work
I worked as an information officer at the university of Ottawa. I worked specifically in the transcript department. I was responsible to carrying out all on transcript requests done online or through the university of Ottawa website. The most important skill I acquired was attention to detail to ensure transcripts were never give to the wrong person.

Great first job
Webmaster (Former Employee), Computing and Communiation Services –
Pros: great working environment, interesting projects (gsa), and google map, learnt a lot
Cons: no compensation or benefit, contract position.
It was a great first job, I woked fulled time during summer as a webmaster with pay rate of 18/hr, 40 hours per week. I had my offer extended for the rest of year but had to leave to come Texas.
